Throughout his career, Rudolph has advised on several landmark transactions and has been recognised by both Chambers & Partners and Legal 500. Rudolph is celebrated for his measured approach, exceptional attention to detail, and skill in navigating complex negotiations. He has also served as a trusted advisor to corporate boards on risk, compliance, and regulatory engagements with authorities such as the Takeover Regulation Panel, JSE, and Financial Sector Conduct Authority.
