CMS SA bolsters dispute resolution practice

Bridget Letsholo has joined the Johannesburg office of CMS, a leading global law firm, as a director and Head of the Business Restructuring & Insolvency practice.

An expert in restructuring, insolvency and business rescue, with over ten years’ experience in the legal industry, Letsholo has garnered a stellar reputation for excellence in handling complex restructuring, insolvency, turnaround and business rescue cases. She has successfully guided numerous high-profile clients through financial distress, ensuring their strategic and legal interests are safeguarded. Over the years, she has built a practice advising financial institutions, credit insurers and creditors across all major sectors.

Letsholo holds an LLB from University of Pretoria and is recognised as a thought leader in the field, frequently speaking at industry conferences and contributing to legal publications. She is also actively involved in various professional associations, and is one of the founding directors of the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation for Southern Africa.
